1. Consultation Services: All fees paid for consultation services, including virtual consultations, follow-up sessions, and other related services, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of the consultation fee.
3. Digital Products: Any digital products, including e-books, downloadable resources, and online courses, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.
4. Subscription Services: Subscription fees for ongoing services, such as membership plans or continuous health monitoring services, are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, the service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
